New Equipment Expands Services for Small Businesses
A Serbian raspberry farmer in Kamenicë/Kamenica municipality and a Gorani-owned traditional kitchen/restaurant in Gjilan/Gnjilane received new and modern equipment for their businesses.
IOM delivered the equipment on Wednesday, through its Community Stabilization Program (CSP) IV, financed by the European Union and co-financed by the Ministry of Communities and Returns.

The raspberry farmer was very happy to receive a new cooling chamber, which helps to solve the issue of storing his raspberry product. Apart from the farmer, the chamber will also be used by other farmers which are his subcontractors.

The traditional Gorani kitchen owner has also solved the issue of storing and preparing his meat products, by receiving a new meat cooling chamber, a meat mixer, and a coal grill. The restaurant has a long-standing family tradition dating since year 1990 and is widely known in the town of Gjilan/Gnjilane. According to its owner, the assistance will expand the gastronomy services and preserve regional tradition, helping promote local cuisine and recipes.
