New Restaurant Equipment for Traditional Serbian Kitchen
April 26, 2021 - With the restaurant industry changing a lot over the years and at a rapid pace, one of the most notable restaurants in the town of Štrpce/Shterpce, received cuisine and restaurant equipment, to assist its growing business. The delivery was made last week by IOM through its Community Stabilization Program (CSP) IV, funded by the European Union and co-funded by the Ministry of Communities and Return.
The Serbian restaurant offering traditional food was opened in 2018 and has since become a popular destination in Štrpce/Shterpce for many due to its central location, atmosphere and distinctiveness. The new equipment consisting of a freezer, refrigerators, deep fryer, aspirator, meat slicer, restaurant tables and chairs, will enhance the food selection and services for clients, and assist the business to run more efficiently.
